The second building on the University of Mary Washington Stafford campus expands the offerings at the College of Graduate and Professional Studies. The facility provides additional classroom and computer laboratory space, faculty offices, support space, and a multipurpose hall to accommodate the growing enrollment and variety of instructional programs at the College, including their Master of Business and Master of Education programs.

The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®) “Green Building Rating System” version 2.1 was used as a guide for sustainable design.
