Lane Stadium
Virginia Tech, Blacksburg, Virginia
Completed in 2005

Moseley Architects and HOK Sport + Venue + Event worked with Virginia Tech on the additions and improvements to Lane Stadium that provides enhanced spectator amenities for approximately 64,000 football fans. Additions and improvements include new club seating, luxury suite seating, additional seating alternatives and improved support spaces including, concessions, novelty sales, toilets, accessible facilities, visiting team locker facilities, press facilities and stadium operations support spaces
comparable to other state-of-the-art NCAA Division I-A football facilities.

The addition of more than 11,000 seats in the south end zone completes the south end of the seating bowl, creating a more intimate and intimidating presence
near the south end zone, while making a gesture toward campus to the north.
