The new 90,000 square foot Chesterfield County Community Development Customer Service Center is located adjacent to the existing Utilities Department Building at the County’s government complex. The facility relieves space shortages and streamline customer service functions for the County’s community development agencies by locating many of the customer intensive functions in a combined Customer Service Center on the first floor.

The facility concept and design are part of an intensive planning effort to re-think and improve community development customer service operations. The building supports and enhances new operational strategies, as well as the technology that facilitates them. It is designed to provide flexibility to adapt spaces to meet evolving needs and goals.
