The following Terms of Use govern your use of the Moseley Architects’ Web site and the information and materials accessible on or from this site. Use of Site.  User is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the site, subject to and limited by the intellectual property rights of other persons and owners of the information included in this site.  No right is granted to any other site, including any links, except as are granted by such other site or link and subject to terms for use of other sites.  User may not:

1. use the Moseley Architects site for any purpose that is prohibited by or violates any law or regulation;

15. input, distribute, upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content that infringes or violates any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party;
16. input, distribute, upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware, or telecommunications equipment;
17. input, distribute, upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content that is harmful to minors.

Confidential Information.  Moseley Architects discourages you from sending or posting to this Web site any information that you consider to be confidential or proprietary. Please note that if you do send or post any such information or material, Moseley Architects will assume that it is not confidential.
