Moseley University, the firm’s own continuing education and professional development program, has been designed by and for the professionals of the firm to advance those core values, technical and professional skills, and attributes that allow us to excel as individuals and as a team. Moseley University is available to all staff members and offers dozens of courses in six curriculum areas: Personal Development, Architectural Design, Project Management and Development, Technical Development, High Performance Design, and Information Technology. Curriculum advisors assist each staff member in developing a course of study that will enhance both their own personal capabilities and their potential for contributing to the firm’s success.
