“The air is thick with grief and despair…”

As a society, we are enduring monumental grief, fear, and uncertainty related to racial injustice.

The most recent wave of death and violence reminds us of inequalities that have existed in our social, political, and economic systems for generations.

It is time for us to reflect, understand, and represent what a modern society can and should be for its citizens.

As designers, we know what a powerful tool listening can be. We need to listen to all voices and respond with empathy.

It is our duty to speak up, to use our creative talents, and to put forth the effort to help end racism, violence, and hatred.
