The Apartments on Grace project includes undergraduate housing featuring four-story residence halls, which can accommodate up to 519 students in apartment-style units. The facility also offers graduate and faculty housing in a four-story complex, which accommodates up to 45 beds in apartment-style units. Approximately 10,500 square feet of retail or non-housing programmed space and a four-story parking garage were included in the project.

Offering state-of-the-art, comfortable, and secure accommodations, the new facility adheres to the university’s “Living Green” philosophy by implementing numerous green elements into the residence halls, promoting community connectivity, physical activity, and pollution reduction. The project earned LEED Silver certification in 2016.
