Designed to accommodate up to 700 patrons, Broderick Dining Commons offers a unique marketplace-style environment with modern finishes. A two-story lobby welcomes visitors to a main dining areas with multiple food venues. Student-focused amenities includes family-style community tables, large screen TVs, and outdoor patios. The second floor includes a pre-function gathering area as well as an executive dining room and outdoor balcony that can be reserved for special events. These spaces are joined by committee rooms and storage areas. With a focus on energy-efficiency and water conservation, the project’s design features several high-performance strategies and practices promoted by the U.S. Green Building.
