This mixed-use project consists of a 16 story high-rise tower including 134 apartments, fitness center, study lounges, convenience store, coffee shop, laundry facilities, a skyline lounge, and structured parking for 60 vehicles. With an additional 194,000 square feet, the university’s student population is offered another housing alternative within walking distance of the urban campus. High-speed Internet access is hardwired into the UMB system and state-of-the-art keyless unit entry provides safety for the downtown student population.
