Designed for artists and people previously experiencing homelessness, Four Ten Lofts comprises two mixed-income multifamily housing facilities with 68 one-, two-, and three-bedroom lofts. Amenity spaces include a multipurpose room with community kitchen, sound rooms for musicians, a spray-paint booth for artists, an artist studio with indoor and outdoor space, and covered parking. The building wraps around a landscaped courtyard with a green screen, resident garden plots for vegetables, and seating areas. The second building features parking, a café, and gallery at the lowest level, as well as eight market-rate three-bedroom units.
