This new facility comprises a 32,000-square-foot law enforcement center and a 50,000-square-foot detention center, each accessible by the public via two separate and distinct areas. The law enforcement center includes a lobby with reception, administrative offices for the sheriff’s command staff, an E911 center, and support spaces. It includes offices and work areas for patrol and warrants, civil process, narcotics, criminal investigations, and evidence storage and processing, as well as a fitness room, staff locker rooms, and an armory.

The detention center includes a lobby with areas for reception, waiting, and video visitation. The magistrate’s office is located between the public lobby and the intake and booking entrance. The center also includes vehicular sally port, intake, booking, medical, kitchen, laundry, multi-purpose space, and a maintenance shop. The facility contains 179 beds in seven housing pods.
