This modernized facility consolidates the county’s health and social services departments, which resided in separate buildings throughout the county, in the former 15th Street Middle School. The facility now serves the county’s citizens in a convenient location. The planning process, which included the Warren County Building Committee, Moseley Architects, and Lantz Construction, focused on providing a modern and convenient location to serve the county. The renovated complex features a welcoming lobby connecting the social services and health departments, allowing citizens to easily visit both departments without leaving the building. The use of bold paint and carpet selections with modern furniture helped achieve this goal. An abundance of glass was used to help filter natural light and warmth into interior spaces.
