Moseley Architects designed the renovation of an existing dining space within the Derby Clubhouse in the Linden Ponds senior living community. The pub expanded from 1,200-square-feet to 2,000-square feet and received an additional 26 seats, for a total of 69. The interior decor utilizes a rich, dark, and earthy palette to build a connection with the outdoor seating and nature beyond. Warm-toned acrylic panels separate the newly added seating area from the gathering space while still allowing for light transmission between spaces. The pub also received new back bar millwork and lighting, and new flooring, paint, drapery, and furniture throughout.
