Having outgrown the firm’s original Charlotte location, Moseley Architects needed a space that could accommodate the firm’s engineering and construction administration capabilities. As a result, the firm relocated to a new space in the Waverly development, which accommodates 54 professionals in an open and collaborative environment. Employees enjoy a variety of nearby amenities, sweeping views, and a central and accessible location. The facility earned LEED certification in 2020.
