Ritz-Carlton Residences

Hall and Company
Baltimore, Maryland

The Ritz-Carlton Residences is the first fully residential offering by the Ritz-Carlton. The complex consists of 192 luxury condominiums, a spa, a health club, a pool, a four-star restaurant, and other amenity spaces. The residences are served by a 400-space underground parking garage with direct elevator access to resident elevators. The garage is topped by one of the city’s largest green roofs, a beautifully landscaped courtyard looking out on the harbor.

The project was built on the last remaining waterfront site for development on Baltimore’s Inner Harbor. The exterior was carefully designed to complement Baltimore’s Federal Period architecture, complete with wrought iron accents, balconies, terraces, and old-world style gardens which connect to the city’s waterfront promenade.
