This 58,000-square-foot, four-level multi-family building, consisting of 62 dwelling units and various amenity spaces, is located in Baltimore’s Bolton Hill community. A dynamic façade of masonry, metal, and fiber cement panels relate to the scale, rhythm, and proportions of the adjacent community. Located in a designated historic district, this project required approval by the Baltimore City Commission for Historical and Architectural Preservation (CHAP).
