Culture

We believe that cultural and ideological diversity leads to creative and unique design solutions. Celebrating the unique background and experience of each individual, we strive to build a culture of trust where open communication and diverse opinions are welcome.

Our initiatives in learning and development; equity, diversity, and inclusion; wellness; and community investment are dedicated to uniting our organization, enriching the lives of our colleagues, and improving the communities in which we serve.

Seneca Valley High School was originally constructed in 1974. Over time, the need for revitalization and expansion became increasingly apparent due to an aging facility, a growing student population, and varying programmatic needs.

@mcps_md partnered with Moseley Architects to design a modern facility to address these concerns.

Taking this exciting project from design to completion was not without its unique challenges that both stretched and inspired our K-12 team to create successful solutions.

Our latest Insights explores the specific design challenges encountered by the design team and how they were addressed. Link in bio.

The City of Richmond’s Public Art Commission (PAC) is committed to beautifying the built environment through various public art projects.

In support of this mission, the redesigned Fire Station 12, Richmond's oldest fire station, will feature public art installations from the work of several artists.

We're thrilled for the opportunity to design a facility that will both serve the community's needs and engage the imagination.
