Learning + Development

We believe our knowledge base should never stop expanding. Our culture of learning is driven by a one-on-one mentorship program and educational courses with peer groups.

Moseley MINDS

Mentorship Intended to Navigate and Design for Success (MINDS) pairs team members from different office locations, professional disciplines, and career stages to share their knowledge, gain new perspectives, and hone their skills.

Over a 12-month cycle, we foster strong relationships by enrolling to be a mentor, mentee—or both.

Classes are conducted both online and in-person during business hours to maximize opportunities for participation. Nearly all Moseley University courses have been approved for learning units (LUs) and architectural experience program (AXP) credits by the American Institute of Architects and National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, respectively; as well as professional development hours (PDH) for engineers.
