This project included the renovation and conversion of food venues in the Fernow Café to create a new Chick-Fil-A and a provisions-on-demand (POD) shop. Interior walls and ceilings were relocated while seating was expanded and updated. Additionally, the HVAC system was modified to serve the new spaces. New systems include a kitchen hood, make-up air unit, associated controls, and fire suppression system. The plumbing system, which included a filtered water system, was improved to serve new food service equipment.
