After decades of sitting idle, the long-abandoned Mayfair Theatre will be redeveloped to bring new life to the historic site. The project involves the construction of a new six-story, mixed-use building that will connect to the Beaux-Arts façade of the original 1870 theatre.

Mayfair Place, as the new development will be called, will offer 95 apartments and 10,000 square feet of commercial space, including street-level retail visible through large glass windows. An outdoor retail “spill-out area” at the corner of the building will support dining patrons and special events. The project also includes plans to build a garage with multiple levels behind the building to address parking concerns in the area. A rooftop deck will offer additional amenities for residents and provide a enjoy the surrounding cityscape.

Our team is striving to rehabilitate and preserve the historic exterior of the Mayfair Theatre, while reimagining the interior to meet modern standards of living.
