Sojourner Place at Oliver

Sojourner Place at Oliver offers 70 new apartments in East Baltimore’s historic Oliver neighborhood. Half of these units are fully furnished for individuals recovering from homelessness and moving into permanent housing. The remaining 35 units are leased to tenants with incomes 50% lower than the area’s median income level.

The site’s triangular shape and topography offers views of downtown Baltimore and the Johns Hopkins medical campus. Apartment options include 37 one-bedroom, 18 two-bedroom, and 15 three-bedroom configurations ranging from 640 square feet to 1,100 square feet.

The community also has on-site property and social services to support residents’ various needs. Amenities include a multipurpose space, fitness studio, lounge and game room as well as a rooftop terrace that offers views of the city.

The project was designed to achieve National Green Building Standard certification and includes energy, water and resource efficiency strategies.
