We provided full design services for this 130,000-square-foot, 900-student school for grades six through eight in two buildings. The classroom building comprises three parallel wings, which are designed to allow linear expansion without requiring increased support spaces. These classroom wings are connected by circulation corridors that house administrative and media center spaces. A freestanding gymnasium building also houses art and music spaces. The middle school shares a central green space with the adjacent Pinckney Elementary School.
