Fronting East 33rd Street and Ednor Road, Village Center at Stadium Place is an urban, mixed-use building located on one of the final sites in Baltimore’s Stadium Place community. This project comprises underground parking, 22,000 square feet of ground level retail, 9,500 square feet of second floor office space, as well as 70 market-rate residential units for seniors with associated amenity spaces. Situated on the fourth floor with panoramic views of the city, amenity spaces include a fitness center, a large game room, a club room with fireplace and kitchenette, and rooftop terrace. Direct access to parking was vital in order to make the retail space viable. To achieve this goal, the building bridges over the entrance drive. This connection also serves to break down the massing of the large building.
