Upon completion of the Hanover County Courts Building, Moseley Architects continued serving Hanover County with interior renovations to the former 30,000-square-foot circuit courthouse for use as government administration space for the treasurer, commissioner of the revenue, and finance and management services departments.

The project includes complete interior renovations throughout the entire building, including the reconfiguration of the partitions and doors; replacement of finishes; replacement of the lighting, power, and data system; replacement of plumbing fixtures; and replacement of the HVAC system, including central plant and distribution.
