Goode Theatre houses a 150-seat studio theater, box office, rehearsal room, shop space, dressing rooms, performer’s lounge, wardrobe room, storage space, and faculty offices. The southeast corner was used to create a public entrance at the corner of Monarch and 46th Street to attract pedestrians from the south and the parking garage to the facility. The building earned LEED certification.
