The Moss Justice Center project comprised a judicial and law enforcement facility expansion, a new 300-car parking deck, and renovations that included a new main entrance lobby and security upgrades.

The facility features two new criminal courtrooms, as well as plea, magistrate, and DUI courtrooms. An expanded jury assembly suite and a new, secure staff entry from the parking deck are also included. Offices of the solicitor, public defender, clerk of court, and probation will receive significant space upgrades with new carpeting, furniture, and light fixtures. The building’s new facade allows for abundant natural light and increased security.

Law enforcement spaces accommodate administration, investigations, criminal investigation division, patrol, narcotics, and victim advocacy. Public spaces for records identification services and sex offender registry, a new training classroom, and public lobby upgrades were also included.
