As home to Clemson University’s Center for Human Genetics, the 17,000-square-foot Self Regional Hall required a renovation to accommodate an expanding research team and updated laboratories. The scope of work included heavy renovation of one lab space and light renovation in four other labs. A new suite of open and private offices was added along with the reconfiguration of an existing open office area.
